Our Service

On field rehabilitation therapy & training are provided by registered physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and rehabilitation assistants.

 

Aim to provide one-stop personalized rehabilitation therapy & services for the elderly, patients with chronic diseases, patients who have just been discharged from hospital, patients after surgery, patients post-stroke, patients with scoliosis, etc.

Nursing and care services for the elderly or patients with chronic diseases are provided by registered nurses and health care workers. Services include:

• Health assessment

• Medication guidance and management

• Nursing services

• Escort service for out-patient visit

• Home Care

• Food delivery service​​​

Home environment assessments are conducted by registered physiotherapists to meet the rehabilitation needs of patients.

 

Dietary assessments and recommendations are provided by nutritionists to meet the patients' rehabilitation needs.

 

Psychological counseling services are provided by psychotherapists/ counselors to improve rehabilitation plans.

Patient care and nursing training to domestic helpers are provided by registered physiotherapists and/ or nurses to reduce the incidence of falls or other accidents among the elderly/patients. ​​​​

Individual yoga classes are taught by registered yoga instructors and registered physiotherapists with the aim to reduce the chance of injury and pain in daily life.​​​​
